The agreement between your business and Cutrix when you use the platform, subscribe to a plan or order cut parts, doors and fittings.
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
These terms are between you and ACEP Limited, trading as “Cutrix” (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12367037, VAT number 358193275). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or placing an order, you accept them.
Cutrix is sold to businesses. If you order as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply and nothing in these terms limits them.
Fitter (£269 a month) and Trade (£569 a month) are billed monthly in advance, plus VAT. Workshop is priced by agreement.
We cut, edge, machine and finish to the dimensions, quantities, grain direction and drawings you give us. Before confirming, check:
The optimiser and AI assistant flag likely problems, but they don’t replace your own check. We aren’t responsible for errors in the specification you approve.
Panels are cut to ±0.5 mm and machined features positioned to ±0.3 mm. Natural veneers and painted finishes vary in colour and grain from samples and screen images. These variations are not defects.
If a part is faulty or doesn’t match the specification you confirmed, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will remake, repair or refund it. That is our total responsibility for the fault.
Cut-to-size, machined and made-to-measure items are made for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. Unused fittings in original packaging can be returned within 30 days; you pay the return postage.
Your drawings, cutting lists and designs stay yours. You give us a licence to use them to price, make and deliver your orders and to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use them.
The Cutrix software, catalogue data, unit library and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to run your business through Cutrix.
Don’t use Cutrix to break the law, upload malicious files, scrape the catalogue or prices, resell access without a Workshop agreement, or try to get into accounts or systems you aren’t authorised to use.
You can close your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. Orders already confirmed will be completed and invoiced. After closure you can export your data for 30 days.
We will email you at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
