What we collect when you quote, order or build with Cutrix, why we need it, and how to get it changed or deleted.

The AI assistant reads your build to suggest fixes. It does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Workshop plan customers can run Cutrix on their own website through our WordPress and Wix plugins, storefront or REST API. When you order through one of those sites, that business is the controller of your data and Cutrix processes it on their behalf, under a data processing agreement.
Their own privacy policy applies. Send requests about your data to them first; we will help them answer.
Our main systems are hosted in the UK. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement to keep it protected to UK standards.
