Acceptable use policy

Quoting, designing, ordering and managing panel cutting, machining, doors and fittings for your business, and, on the Workshop plan, offering those services to your own customers.

• Upload files containing malware, or drawings you don’t have the right to use.
• Scrape, copy or resell the decor catalogue, prices or unit library.
• Share accounts between businesses, or resell access without a Workshop agreement.
• Probe, scan or test the security of Cutrix without our written permission.
• Use the AI assistant or drawing import to process anything other than your own builds.
• Use Cutrix to send spam or for anything unlawful.

If you need higher limits, ask us. Keys that go over the limits receive HTTP 429 responses until usage drops.

If you find a vulnerability, email security@cutrix.co.uk with the details. Give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We won’t take action against good-faith research that follows this policy.

We will usually contact you first and ask you to stop. If the risk to the service or other customers is immediate, we may rate-limit or suspend the account or key straight away and then explain why.
